Reiki is always the foundation for my healing, be it talk therapy, intiutive healing or sound and energy work. This is something that I discovered through my own quest to try and understand my innate abilities as a healer.

As a Reiki practitioner and Master, I have learned to channel positive universal life force energy to my clients to achieve a sense of overall balance and well-being. This can be done in person or in a remote fashion where I work on the client from a distance. The results can be anywhere from the same kind of relaxation you may feel after a massage or deep meditation, to the relief you can experience when your body is able to release a long held physical or emotional blockage or pain.

Although I can and will not claim to be able to say that I can heal my clients completely due to liability issues and the law .....I will say that I have had amazing results with many, many issues, including insomnia, severe chronic back troubles, chronic tonsillitis, deep depression, chronic pain, kidney stones, shortness of breath, carpel tunnel, nervousness, vulnerability, anxiety, vertigo, and much more.

What does the word Reiki stand for?  “rei” in Japanese stands for the unseen and “ki” for the life force energy. We are all vibrational beings and Reiki taps into the vibrational energy to help us heal.
